One simple way to create predictability and stability for your team is to be transparent about what you expect of your teammates, and what they can expect of you.
In this workshop, we’ll walk through creating living documentation about your teams’ shared expectations around communication, feedback, and collaboration. We’ll also work on synthesizing your personal expectations into an easier-to-remember, unique-to-you leadership or management philosophy.
This workshop will also cover utilizing shareable team documentation around roles and responsibilities, meeting purposes and cadence, and other team-wide expectations to help you reduce any uncertainty or ambiguity that might currently exist.
All of Wherewithall’s workshops consist of a mix of prepared presentation, group exercises, and worksheets. Attendees will leave with a ton of resources and practice using their new skills.
